| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Visited Dean 11/19/10 to review list of significant deficiencies as identified in survey. Among these, the ERP was reviewed for completion. The ERP was found to have all the basic elements in place, including a list of emergency contact info, a written protocol for dealing with a water emergency, as well as a vulnerability assessment and a list of corrections, such as placing a lock on the main door to the well house. The ERP was reviewed and met requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Update ERP as needed. | ||
