| Details: | SUMMARY: LCR late reporting DETAILS: Have worked with system and state extensively over last 2 months.Violation corrected Sept 2010 when system took another round of LCR samples. Since, we have worked with system and state to modify 2/5 current LCR sampling sites back to the original sampling sites in 2004. For unknown reasons and with no documentation, the sytem had changed its LCR sampling sites from 2004 to present. This appears to be the reason they were placed badk on 6 nomthe LCR sampling schedule. We have since switched 2 site back to original sampl--ing sites and have continued to keep the on 6 monthe schedule for one year beginning 2011 ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
