| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary survey DETAILS: Operator called and spoke with me. Met briefly with operator and reviewed his O&M manual as needing to be completed. Upon review his O&M manual is complete and currently up to date. The three items identified during sanitary survey are now complete and all significant deficiencies have been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to add to and update O&M manual as needed. | ||
