| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: System took 5 routine samples July but they were mislabeled as repeat sample. Have clarified this with the lab and sent an amended report to Chuck at the state, 4/5 samples were relabeled as routine samples. Violation will be changed to state "did not report enough" and system can gain compliance again with regular 4th quarter sample of 2010. Until that time, nofurther action is required.
