| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 2 of 5 routine samples following positive TCR tested positive 10/2010.. One at source itself and the other within the distribution system. Public notice is in effect and system was previously shock chlorinated end of Oct 2010. System is still experiencing issues. Have made 3 attempts to contact system 11/8, 11/12 and 11/17 to discuss how to move forward. I have left messages but have been unable to reach system. I will make site visit tomorrow and request system re chlorinate as well as continue to have public notice issued ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
