| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: System had positive coliform 9/2/10. On 9/8/10 Water Lab took 4 repeat samples, three were from within the distribution and one sample was from the well head. 11/3 the lab took an additional 5 routine samples from the tsystem, two of which came back positive. The 5 routine samples submitted 11/3 satisfy the requirements. There is ongoing follow up required. I met with system 11/18 for about 1 hour to review current situation. The facility is undergoing a change of management again, 3rd change in last 3 months. I will meet again 11/22 to train the new manager in shock chlorinating the well, and hopefully this will eliminate the coliform issue ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
