| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey DETAILS: Met with Becky to review signifant deficiencies during June 2010 sanitary survey. Past operator and DRC for the system retired and system has not yet identified a new person. In the meantime, Ms. Kruger is filling in. I met with her again to review the ERP and the O&M manual. She gave me a timeline for identifying a new staff member to asume the DRC role and complete the documents by mid to late January 2011 and I agreed to continue working with system past the 120 day deadline. System did have a backflow prevention test completed on 7/26 and this satisfies significant deficiency item #3 from the survey. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
