| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary survey DETAILS: I mailed reminder letter 10/11. I received a letter 10/31 indicating the system had completed th paperwork for the ERP, coliform sampling plan and O&M manual. However I have been unable to reach the system since and unable to verify if these items are completed or not. They will be gone for the holidays and back in spring 2011. ACTION NEEDED: I will make contact in spring | ||
