| Details: | SUMMARY: ERP & O&M DETAILS: During survey 4/26/10 I identified system as needing to complete ERP and O&M. I received a two page fax 10/26 and the fax did not demonstrate a complete ERP or O&M hence I cannot state that these two items are complete for this sytem. I will continue working to try and get these complete and will go well beyond the 120 day deadline ACTION NEEDED: Continue working with system | ||
