| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat failure of coagulant pump controller DETAILS: Yesterday ~7 AM the controller for the coagulant chemical feed pump (same controller for which the power supply failed this past weekend from a lightning strike) over-heated. This problem was noticed within 15 minutes and the plant was shut down. After repeated effort the controller was made operational and the plant was brought back online by 8 PM.
