| Details: | SUMMARY: IFE must be used for compliance reporting DETAILS: After discussing the turbidity monitoring plumbing, it is clear that the IFEs turbidity sample lines are combined to feed the CFE turbidimeter. This is not an accepted practice. The options are to reconfigure to get a true CFE turbidity sample (which is not physically possible in the current system configuration) or to report the highest 4-hour IFE reading on the monthly SWTR compliance turbidity report.
