| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted the operator and asked him to pull 4 triggered repeat samples. One from the well head and the other 3 in distribution. They currently contract with Pyxis labs to do their sampling and the lab person was not sure when they could schedule the repeats.I ACTION NEEDED: Talked to Melvin and explained the repeats needed to be taken within 24 hours of the system being notified of the positive. He may have to collect the samples and deliver them to a local lab for faster turn around. | ||
