| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform and tier 2 notice DETAILS: Talked with Cheryl, they shock chlorinated on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week and took repeats on Thursday that came back positive coliform.She stated they have had some breks in the dist. Lines and have been repairing but the shock chlorination and repeats occurred after the repair was completed. Second conversation with Cheryl later in day- she wasnt totally sure if john shocked the well or the reservoir. ACTION NEEDED: Make sure the well is shocked, John to do any problem solving, do the tier 2 notice, then repeats next week with a raw water sample. I will stay in touch with them next week. | ||
