| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli follow up DETAILS: The 5 confirmation samples from source were received and found to be positive. I discussed with karne kelley. Shawn Stevenson evaluated the well log and source water assessment and found the well to be properly constructed. Spoke with Gregg and rcommended he shock the wll. I also informed him that 5 temporary routines would be due in january. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
