| Details: | SUMMARY: Certified DWPP SOC/VOC Waiver DETAILS: Halfways Drinking Water Protection Plan (DWPP) was certified on 9/26/07. They requested a SOC/VOC waiver in a letter dated 12/16/10. I granted the waiver in a letter dated 12/27/10. They can now sample SOCs and VOCs every 6 years, unless their DWPP becomes decertified. ACTION NEEDED: Amy Baker will input the new schedule into SDWIS. | ||
