| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed complaint DETAILS: Complaintant called again today about sediment/sand in water. Spoke to Carl and he is aware of the problem. He said its been like this for years. He said the tenants are welcome to get there own filters for the residence, but he will not pay for them. Spoke to Amy parmenter about the issue. Explained that the system di MPAs in 1999 and that it was determined to no longer be considered potentially surface water influenced and it will be classified as groundwater. Amy said there isnt anything we can do because its not a health concern. If system gets a positive Ecoli, then they would reevaluate. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
