| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic monitoring DETAILS: Received fax for other arsenic sample and nitrate sample. I called the lab to discuss the arsenic reporting. They said the state has told them in the past not to send special samples because they wont put them in SDWIS. I told the lab to label them as routines next time and to send them up to the state. I sent a chemical monitoring schedule form in with the requirement of sampling arsenic quarterly at the source and entry point. I sent the state an email stating how I directed the lab. I sent results and asked them to put them in SDWIS ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
