| Details: | SUMMARY: complaint DETAILS: Every day I have contacted Chandler Brown. Sometimes I have spoken to him and others I have left messages. Whenever I have spoken to him his response is always the same. He is either walking the water lines looking for leaks or he is having to replace the pump. I believe that this past two months he has replaced him pump at least three times. Here are pressures for Dec. 2010. Pounds of pressure for Dec are as follows: 12/6 11#, 12/8 20#, 12/10 No water, 12/12 18#, 12/13 16#, 12/16 10#, 12/17 no water, 12/19 30#, 12/24 12#, 12/25 30#, 12/26 19#, 12/27 19#, 12/28 15#.
