| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate monitoring DETAILS: Received call from lorretta Hale, 503-755-2284 daughter in law of operator regarding notice of non compliance for testing. Operator and Lorretta unclear as to requirements and fact that tests hav been submitted but not showing up in SDWIS. Operator has lab results of 2008 nitrates and 2009 coliform 3 quarters. They will submit to County to forward to state. 2010 nitrate to be done ASAP. 4/9/10 Received lab confirmations on 2008 along with 3 quarters of 2009 coliform and 1st quarter 2010 coliform. 4/16/10 mailed to state.
