Monitoring requirements discussion lead to lack of well house and well head casing below grade level. Contacted Evan Hofeld for requirements for well house. 4/13/10 with on site visit I facilitated getting the preliminary requested and required information for state for plan review. Pictures of site, storage facilities and well plan review check list, and correction on location of well. 4/16/10 emailed info to Evan ACTION NEEDED: Clarification on type of pressure tank from operator. Pending any further action and direction per Evan Hofeld. | ||
