Details: SUMMARY: Complaint for low water DETAILS: Letter from resident Cori stated: Today we were without water for over 2 hours around the lunch period. Pressure has been very low and I have only documented the times when it was a trickle or none at all. I dont have time to call & document every single time I have a family to take care of & this should not be my responsibility. Since apparently we do have to take responsibility because no one else will do anything my logs have become more detailed. My family does not appreciate the time I have to spend keeping track of this or that they have to check the pressure before they flush. Even my 4 & 6 year old know that this is unreasonable Nov 3-6, Chandler will look into it. 11/7 no water. 11/20 low to no water, Chandler called back & will look into it. 11/23 Chandlers words were" I dont see what I can do about it tonight since Im in Portland. He advised to leave a trickle of water running overnight so not to freeze. Chandler said on 12/16 that it’s the pump & already working on ti, 12:15p-normal pressure. 5pm- low to no water. 12/17 no water- left message. Copy of log enclosed. ACTION NEEDED: none
