| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform present 12/2/10 DETAILS: Left message for Fred to take sample from well head and mark slip as source plus 3 other samples from any of the spigots that showed coliform on 12/2/10 which should be marked as repeats. I also promised to send him an email of other details and asked him to confirm receipt of the email which included above info and 5 routines to be taken in January ( if any 9 show present please call me), maintain public notice and consider disinfection including states plan review costs by calling seller of choice plus state at 971-673-0408. Also compare costs of disinfection including quarterly sampling requirement with the on going costs of continued extra sampling. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples ASAP including 1 source sample. 5 temporary routine samples in December. Maintain public notice. | ||
