Details: SUMMARY: Coliform DETAILS: Call to operator on 12/14/10 about the positive coliform sample on 12/8/10. He stated he would be taking 4 repeat samples immediately. He was not sure why they got the positive. We discussed proper sampling procedures. We discussed taking 5 routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples in january
