Details: SUMMARY: Lead above action level DETAILS: Called the lab and requested copies of the results. 10/27/110 Called and spoke with Pat and we discussed the exceedance and whether or not the sample was representative. She would contact the resident in space 13 to discuss and get back to me. 11/4/10 Spoke with pat and the sample from space 13 is not representative as defined by the state and pat will resample from space 13 next week. I submitted an invalidation request to state yesterday. 11/9/10 Invalidation approved by state. 11/24/10 Pat left message that she will bring in the lead sample today. The delay is due to the fact that she has been in the hospital. ACTION NEEDED: Resample needs to be submitted within 20 days of the invalidation request approval.
