| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Left message for Joseph to call me back. 8/19/10 Anna Lilley called me and informed me she will be bringing repeat samples into the lab today. I informed her that five are required and that 5 temporary routines are due in September. 11/15/10 I spoke with Anna and facility is still open. I advised her to make an effort to bring the system back into compliance and to begin by collecting a quarterly coliform sample ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: System nees to resume sample collection, system score is increasing with each violation assessed. Next coliform sample due is the fourth quarter 2010. | ||
