| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: I called Jim and he informed me that SRC-AA well is nto in use and that SRC-AB hole in the wall creek a surface water source is and was the exclusive source on line when the 12/22/10 sample was collected. The sample was not collected at the well and is mis labeled and or an error was made to do so by Neilson Research to comply with annual source monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
