| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed pending civil penalty DETAILS: I called Mike to make sure he was aware that the Drinking Water Program (DWP) proposed a $1,000 civil penalty against him for not complying with the administrative order issued last year, and that he understands that he can request a hearing up until January 17, 2011. I also informed him that the DWP has not received his revised lead and copper samples from Saginaw Park. Mike stated that he confirmed the receipt by OBDD of his LOI for a loan to install an arsenic treatment system. I also informed Mike that his request for a hearing was not submitted by the deadline for the previous civil penalty, and that we will not accept the request if it is late. ACTION NEEDED: Await a possible request for hearing and submission of the required lead and copper samples. | ||
