| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrective action DETAILS: Received call from Jeff and the school has decided to comply with compliance monitoring and will keep the chlorine residual in the distribution of at least .5 mg/L. A daily log sheet will be maintained and mailed into the state monthly. HBH Engineer is also scheduled to conduct a tracer study. ACTION NEEDED: Comply with new GWR for 4.0 log inactivation of virused and conduct compliance monitoring. Mail monthly chlorine residual log to state. | ||
