| Details: | SUMMARY: New filter added. DETAILS: Plan review 2001-101 is for the original system. Somehow the Church became aware of LT2 requirements and purchased a Rosedale unit recently, which they installed. The Church assumed the provider of the filter would take care of the regulatory process, and did not know about plan review. Nothing changed in the original treatment train, the new filter was installed after the existing filter. ACTION NEEDED: Call Mark next week to get model number of Rosedale filter. | ||
