| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Alert Response DETAILS: Receved alert for nitrate result of 12 mg/l from sample collected 1/3/11. Called Laura at KUO Lab, who collects samples for the mill. The sample was collected from a bathroom sink and not from one of the treated taps in the breakrooms, and thus is not representative of the water being served. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to schedule site visit to inspect reverse osmosis unit installations. Long term sampling schedule for nitrates to be established. | ||
