Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint DETAILS: I guess you could say we had water over the weekend if one considers a trickle water. Bob went around and took pressure samples at the following places yesterday. It is interesting, some people have lots of water as Norma Jean has found and others not so much.January 7th a.m. - 17#s p.m. - 11#sJanuary 8th a.m.- 15#s a.m.January 9th - 9#sI called the RWLC office number and left a message on their message machine three times. I also called RWLC emergency number, Chandler Browns number three times, and twice left a message on his answering machine, and once the phone rang three times and then stopped. I requested that they call me on all calls and of course not a word to date. When Norma Jean called me on Saturday evening we went into town to some friends for dinner. Of course we cannot entertain here due to the lack of water. The other homes that Bob took readings yesterday were:Beatty, 366 Bear Creek Rd, 0 - trace(drip)Cox, 374 Bear Creek Rd, would not even regisger on guageMike Meade, 1682 Bear Creek Rd, 8#sMy fear is that now Bette and Chandler will do nothing to help us. Chandler Brown was brought in a the Manager, so why stay in the line of fire, he could just walk away. Bette, as we can see by hisory, will do nothing. I have not gone out and taken a reading yet this morning but it is most certainly under 20#s. ACTION NEEDED: see enclosed |
