I know that the problem is "being worked on", I had a lengthy conversation with Joe Carlson on 12/29. However, it is still not being dealt with quickly enough when we havent had enough water to shower for almost 2 weeks except for a few rare hours. My hot water heater spits & sputters while trying to refill. something HAS to be done. WE CANNOT live like this anymore. We cannot do laundry, which means we do not have clean clothes, towels, or bedding. We cannot wash dishes and this is simply not ok. On the bright side, it is raining again so we can collect water from buckets, or heck I guess we can shower outside, it would be better pressure.Im in tears & beyond frustrated with the whole situation.
