Details:	SUMMARY: Corrective action DETAILS: Spoke with Darren and he has decided to disconnect from well #2 and connect well #1. Latest coliform samples show no detect. Nitrate samples submitted for well #1 were also below half the MCL I gave Darren marsha Foxs info for plan review and informed him plan review was required and monthly raw water samples would most likely be required for assessment monitoring. Also informed him to make sure the lab submit nitrate samples for well #1 to Data Management office. A boil water notice is currently posted for well #2 and will remain posted until the switch is made, plans for this week. ACTION NEEDED: Plan review required for well #1
