Details:	SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: No routine coliform sample reported in October 2010. Darren took so many samples for confirmation in October he thought those would suffice and fill in for the temporary routine sampling. He was unaware that he also needed an additional routine sample for 4th quarter. I explained the difference between routine sampling in the distribution and confirmation sampling from the well. I told him at least 1 routine sample in the distribution was required prior to the end of 2010. ACTION NEEDED: Routine sample in the distribution prior to December 31, 2010.
