Details: SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: No SRC sample October 2010. Spoke with Kerry and he was unaware that he needed to submit a source sample with the routine samples in October. The park is currently closed for the rest of the year. A routine sample from the source and the distribution will be required prior to opening in the spring 2011. ACTION NEEDED: None. Returned to compliance
