Details:	SUMMARY: follow up to multiple repeat total coliform positive results DETAILS: The system had an initial positive sample on 11/2/10. A conversation was had with the manager about repeat sample collection and a source water sample. This alert stems from 3 positive distribution and 1 total coliform source samples. The samples were not collected in the manner described to Mr. Beach. All repeat samples were collected from the same tap. The system was advised, again, how the samples were to be collected as well as chlorination calculations for the 25,000 storage tank. There is no ladder available for access to the top of the storage tank. The system was sent a draft public notice for the MCL violation for the month of November. Five routine samples in December came back absent for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: System to send DWP copy of the public notice sent to the customers.
