Details: SUMMARY: follow up to over 1/2 MCL nitrate alert DETAILS: I had tried calling Delores a couple of times and have not received a return phone call. The system had been placed on a quarterly nitrate schedule back in 2009. One sample was after the schedule change in 2009 and only 2 samples were taken in 2010. The system is to take 2 more quarterly samples in 2011. ACTION NEEDED: After 2 quarterly samples are collected in 2011 - DWP will evaluate the system on the nitrate chemical schedule. DWP to send a letter stating the continuance of nitrate monitoring.
