| Details: | The water system collected a routine coliform sample on 9/9/20 and it tested positive for total coliform bacteria. Three repeat samples and a triggered source sample were collected on 9/14/20 that were absent for bacteria. No further action is required at this time. The system had been triggered into a Level 1 investigation due to late reporting of the repeat coliform results. The investigation was closed out when the results were received since they had been collected during the follow up period. |
