| Details: | The water system, Gurbaj Singh was contacted by phone today, 10/2/2020 in regards to the positive total coliform sample sampled on 9/29/20 as a Repeat sample submission. The positive result has generated a Level 1 coliform investigation for the water system. During the phone contact, the water system was notified that they are receiving a letter with a Level 1 coliform investigation form. The water sytem will have 30 days to fill it out and return it to the ODA Food Safety Program for review. The Level 1 coliform investigation was completed by the water system on 10/19/20. It was submitted to the Dept. of Ag, reviewed and emailed to Compliance on 10/28/20 |
