| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation investigation DETAILS: Contacted Colin Kolb of Molalla River SD and he gave me the new contact for charter school. I spoke with Marcy and she will be the new contact. I let them know they need to be taking pH reading and sending them to the state monthly since the practice corrosion control. I let her know they need an annual nitrate sample as well as quarterly coliform samples and send to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sampling & follow up if needed. | ||
