| Details: | SUMMARY: results of 5 confirmation source samples E. coli DETAILS: This alert is the results from the confirmation/repeat samples collected on 1/10/11. All 5 confirmation samples were E. coli present. The 4 repeat samples were all absent for coliform bacteria. The boil water notice was lifted and Roberto was instructed to monitor the chlorine residual daily and start documenting the values. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to send Roberto a monthly documentation form. DWP to further assess the well and potential contaminents. | ||
