| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 12/3/10 DETAILS: Contacted Melvin to let him know the system had a positive sample. I let him know that a source sample would be needed & 3 repeats in the distribution system. I also let him know that temporary routine samples would be needed for January. I let him know that HBH consulting may be able to help him identify the source of the coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond if necessary. | ||
