| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Spoke with Jeff regarding positive sample. He said his son took the sample. No history of coliform in the past. Jeff was very rude and uncooperative on the phone when told he needed 4 repeat samples within 24 hours. 1 from the source and 3 from the distribution. 5 temporary routine samples also required in January 2011. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples required. Wait for results. 5 temporary routine samples required in January. | ||
