| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: Jackie from BMI called to let me know they are going out to take more samples to see if the treatment system is operating properly. I let her know that they are still below the MCL but they need to be testing quarterly to be sure the levels do not go above the MCL. They should also check to make sure the treatment equipment is working properly. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up smples & respond if necessary. | ||
