| Details: | SUMMARY: Ei 2-Ethylhexyl- Phthalate detect of .005600000 9/30/10 DETAILS: System is already on quarterly sampling for this SOC. I called John & left message they need to continue sampling quarterly for Phthalates. Since the system is very close to the MCL they will need to sample a full 4 quarters. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for further samples & follow up with operator. | ||
