| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic at .016 10/14/10 DETAILS: I have tried contacting Wayne by phone several times & Dan stopped by Waynes office and left my card. Wayne called & I let him know they need to do a public notice because they have a running annual average over the MCL of .001. I gave him info about circuit rider, HBH consulting. I talked to Wayne and he indicated he had several companies out to give bids on arsenic treatment. I told him the circuit rider would be a very good resource and Robert Henry would be the contact person. Robert would also be able to help with plan review. I asked if he received the email I sent in September letting him know they needed to do a public notice and he said no. I resent the email including the link to the public notice. He said he would work on getting the public notice completed & approved by the school board. He also said he would contact the circuit rider. I told him things need to start happening or an enforcement schedule/order may be enacted by the state. I also told him to continue with quarterly sampling.
