| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to violation DETAILS: 1/21/11 Contacted the number we have available for the contact and spoke to Renee. She said Leanne no longer works there. She said she was sure the sample was taken and she would try to locate it. I explained that the sample results need to be sent to the state. I gave her the system number and asked her to give it to the lab. I also asked her to call me back once she found the paperwork on the last sample that was drawn. Renee called back and said the last sample they had taken was in September. I went over the sampling requirements and time lines. She said she would have K&B come out and take a sample.
