| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic response DETAILS: John called to ask if point-of-use treatment for arsenic at the kitchen and coffee room would be acceptable. I informed him it would, and that since TWC is a transient non-community water system, there is no Rule requiring treatment. I asked that the employees be informed of the arsenic data. John asked for written correction of the conditional approval letter, clarifying that treatment is not required. ACTION NEEDED: Issue revised conditional approval letter. | ||
