| Details: | I spoke to Ann on Friday 10/2/20 regarding the recent TC+ routine sample. She indicated that the three repeat samples and the triggered source sample were submitted. The system was scheduled for a survey on 10/5/20. I did not note any significant issues during the survey and we reviewed sampling procedures. I contacted Edge Analytical on 10/5/20 and was given verbal confirmation that all the follow up samples are absent. |
