Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate alert over half MCL DETAILS: Took an extra quarterly sample for third quarter sample exceeded one half of MCl. The system did install treatment earlier this year. System has been instructed to review maintenance of the equipment and continue to sample quarterly until we have a consistent and reliable nitrate level below the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Sample quarterly for nitrate.
